Event Photography Packages starting from

• Half-Day Event (up to 4h shooting + editing): €790 + 25,5% VAT

• Full-Day Event (up to 9h shooting + editing): €1,140 + 25,5% VAT

Delivery

All editing and post-production
Speaker photos & event photos according to the brief
Online gallery image storage for one month
Licensing: all rights for the client
Delivery of edited photos within one week (faster turnaround available upon request)

Cancellation & Change Terms

Up to 7 days before the first booking: no cancellation fee
3–6 days before: 50% of agreed fee
Less than 48 hours before or no-show: 100% of agreed fee
Schedule changes will be accommodated as best as possible, but additional hours may incur extra charges according to the hourly rate.
